DIALux not only displays the spectral distribution of any light source but also its colour rendering. In every window in which a spectrum is displayed , as for example in the tab “light colour” for a luminaire, with a click on the grey triangle in the bottom right hand corner it is possible to find information about the colour rendering of the chosen luminaire.
DIALux calculates not only the general colour rendering index RA (also known as CRI) but also specific indices for test colours from R1 – R 14.
